Returns and Refunds
We work hard every day to offer you the best experience possible, but we know that sometimes unexpected things can arise. Here's everything you need to know in case you want or need to return an order.
📦 Undelivered or Rejected Orders
In some situations, an order may be automatically considered a return for withdrawal , even if not formally requested by the customer. This happens, for example, in the following cases:
- Incomplete or incorrect address
- Absence of the recipient at the time of delivery
- Failure to respond to calls from the courier
- Failure to collect the parcel from a delivery point within the expected timeframe
When this happens, the package is returned to us and the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges . The amount retained will be calculated based on the rates listed in the shipping costs section at the top of this page.
💌 Do you want to return an order already received?
You can do it easily. We ask you to send us an email to info@luxyskin.it within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.
In order to accept the return, it is essential that:
- The products are new, unopened, unused
- The original packaging is intact and complete
Once we receive your request, our team will verify that all conditions are met and will provide you with instructions to proceed with the return.
💳 Refund
Once the products have arrived at our warehouse and their condition has been verified, you will receive a refund equal to the value of the returned products. We remind you that:
- The return costs are at your expense and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If the return is due to a defect or damage confirmed by our team, you will receive a full refund , including shipping costs incurred.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. The crediting times may vary depending on your bank.
